On EWTN tomorrow, Friday, May 1st, there will be a Holy Hour at 2pm in preparation for the consecration of our nation, families and healthcare workers to the Blessed Mother. Following at 3pm, the Bishops in the US will make this consecration to Our Lady, Mother of the Church to ask for her intercession for a swift end to the COVID-19 Pandemic. NEW: CLICK FOR THE VIDEO

From the statement: "Given the constantly changing landscape, and the decisions of civil authorities in this regard, the cancellation of public Masses and liturgies in the Archdiocese of Hartford (the counties of Hartford, Litchfield, and New Haven) will remain in effect until further notice." Also, "On April 1, 2020, Archbishop Blair directed that all publicly scheduled confessions be suspended until further notice. This mandate remains in effect until further notice."
