Since St. Patrick’s Day falls on a Friday this year, Archbishop Blair as formally dispensed those “for whom this is an especially joyful celebration from the Lenten obligation to abstain from meat that day”. He encourages you to choose another day on which to transfer the Lenten abstinence.
On Sunday, March 5,2023 the Knights of Columbus will be hosting a relic of Blessed Michael McGivney at the 11:00am Mass and will be displayed after Mass for personal veneration and prayer.

St. Ann Cares is looking for new leadership and planning members. The continuity of this ministry depends on someone stepping forward to lead it. The Knights of Columbus Pius XII Council 4376 would to thank the parishioners of St. Ann’s Church for their overwhelming support in our fund drive for the Families of Sgt. Dustin DeMonte and Officer Alex Hamzy. Through their generosity, over $3,300 was raised at the Masses on Oct.29th/ 30th. All of the money raised was presented to Bristol Mayor Jeff Caggiano for the Police Heroes Fund this week

Local Knights of Columbus Council 4376, will host a first-class relic of Blessed Michael McGivney, Connecticut priest and founder of the Knights of Columbus Church of St. Ann, 289 Arch Rd., Avon 11:00am Mass on Sun., June 19, 2022. All are welcome to Venerate the Relic and ask for Blessed McGivney's intercession.
Little Lambs will be meeting at the 9:30am Mass again on all Sundays in May. All children are welcome to join us for the Children’s Liturgy of the Word. Father will call them up after the Opening Prayer. No need to sign up ahead. Older siblings and Caregivers welcome too.
