1. A Baby Bottle Drive for St. Gerard’s Center for Life is held on Respect Life Sunday which is the 1st weekend in October.
2. The 40 Days for Life Campaign is held in the Hartford Archdiocese each fall. St. Ann requests one of the 40 days. Our ministry participates and encourages parishioners to sign up for 24 Hour Eucharistic Adoration and/or the 12 Hour Prayer Vigil held at the Hartford OB/GYN Clinic in Hartford.
3. On the weekend before January 22nd The Divine Mercy Holy Hour is celebrated to pray for an end to abortion and the Baby gift collection for St. Gerard’s Center for Life and Birthright of Greater Hartford is held to support Moms that choose Life for their babies
4. On January 22nd the 9 a.m. Celebration of the Eucharist and Holy Hour for Life from 12-1 p.m. are offered for the sanctity of all Human Life. We also unite our prayers with those on the March for Life in Washington.
5. January 22nd is the Anniversary of the Supreme Court Decision Roe v. Wade that legalized Abortion in this country..

Ellen Cavallo, the Director of Carolyn’s Place in Waterbury a Chastity and Abstinence speaker presents Virtuous Reality to our 10th grade Confirmation candidates in January.
