Electronic Registration and Payment form all in one!!  Please see the button below to enroll your children in Faith Formation. Faith education is an important part of your child’s religious education and classes will be starting in the fall. Church of St. Ann is dedicated to continuing the education of our youth. They are the future of our Church. 

Currently, Church of St. Ann offers classes for children in grades Kindergarten - 10th grade.  Our Confirmation program is a two-year program starting in 9th grade.  Please register by July 1st 2023, to guarantee a spot for your children in class.  Please do not hold up your family’s registration due to financial issues.  We are happy to make arrangements that work for your family.  All information is confidential.  Please contact Jennifer Soucy, Registrar & Bookkeeper, with any questions regarding registration.

IMPORTANT: You must be a registered parishioner at the Church of Saint Ann in order to attend our Faith Formation program. You can only be registered at one parish in the Archdiocese of Hartford, so if you haven't inactivated your family at a previous parish, please do so.
