The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) The Parish of St. Ann, in conformity with the universal church, established an RCIA program many years ago. This program seeks to help all those coming to the church from other faith traditions (or no tradition at all) in the following ways: to be attentive to individual questions concerning the faith; to offer a systematic presentation of the Catholic faith tradition using the liturgical year as its format; to explore with the candidate the person of Jesus; to offer opportunities for the candidate to explore its many faces, i.e., as institution, proclaimer of God’s word, sacrament, servant and gathering of faith community. This process is for anyone who is uncatechized (need to be prepared to receive Eucharist and Confirmation) and any unbaptized persons who want to become a member of the Catholic Church. We meet in Room 3 of the lower level of Father Bennet Hall. If you have any questions or want more information before attending a group meeting, please call the parish office for the RCIA leader's phone number. *Changes to the schedule by ministry leader may not always be reflected if they didn't inform office*
